"This is what I experienced at the State St. branch. As a person with over 20 years of customer service experience, I would like to share the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. Tanya, who reassured me she doesn't handle customer calls, called me back after I left an angry message about a customer's inability to get anyone to answer the phone. I was calling to tell them I was in a NEAR-FATAL automotive accident which resulted in my vechicle being a total-loss. All Tanya was concerned about was the number of days my auto loan payment was delinquent. She never once asked me how I was physically, or mentally feeling after a major traumatic event in my life. She insinuated I was lying about the accident, because my insurance company had not been in contact with them. That's because the insurance adjuster just got ahold of me minutes before I made the initial phone call to Tendto! I did eventually lose my temper, but I was insulted beyond belief. I'm sorry, and I'm not proud of the way I handled myself. However, this was the point in the conversation where Tanya thought it was appropriate to aggressively condemn my behavior and refuse to help me any further unless we did things on her terms. That's when I respectfully ended the call. If this is considered a standard way to conduct business, then I think it's fair to say this credit union is undoubtedly the worst when it comes to customer service."

"Excellent and speedy customer service! I recently went to Tendto for an auto loan and the Branch Manager was very welcoming and eager to help. I arrived shortly before their closing time but Brett was so friendly and accommodating. He did not mind taking the time to help me get the loan I needed and made me feel valued as a member."

"This place is HORRIBLE! Worst customer service. No one ever picks up the phones, there is voice-mail boxes for every extension, that are always full. I switched my bank due to this exact reason. I don't know what this banks issue is, but they are horrible to deal with."
