"My experience was horrible from initial contact ,my family and I were met with rudeness .Mz Tate unfortunately was our primary contact .She carried herself throughout the whole process as unprofessional. There was indeed animosity between the families,Mz Tate did nothing to mediate tensions.She seemed to relish the drama,disturbing myself/daughter with late night phone calls.Relaying messages,and in-laws ratchet behavior.At no time were the feelings of myself/family considered.Any concerns or requests were dismissed or ignored.When attempts made to finalize funeral expenses,we were ignored.I pray no other family experiences this level of cruelty.If you are so lacking in compassion and unable to be kind,to people experiencing such loss.Maybe consider another profession.4months later still can’t grieve in peace,still receiving complaints from people who attended service.offended by the way they were spoken to by Ms Tate.I resent having to apologize for the behavior of that woman.I have been pulled into sensitive and private situations as it relates to other families.Because of the incompetence of this business,they can’t keep clients straight!So inadvertently private info was shared.Please,please be cautious before intrusting the care of your loved ones to these people!!!"
