"Dear "Brian" This is Heather Wesoloski and Justin Hancock with a question. When did it become appropriate for ANYONE to enter your courtroom... Refer to you whilst in court as "Brian" and use the excuse David Alexander did of complete ignorance (for almost an entire decade he claims ignorance ) by not educating himself prior ...or EVER... to taking on the RESPONSIBILITY of becoming a "Landlord" and putting rooves over other human beings heads and lives then completely disregarding maintaining these apartments become a legal defense? When??? NO, I'm NOT an attorney nor paralegal as you so rudely greeted ME that court date...but I AM VERY WISE! PLUS I EDUCATE MYSELF DAILY! I even have wisdom you can learn from.... "I'm stupid" does not a legal defense make!Not only was this used as his giggly defense to torturing people for no good reason but YOU ACCEPTED IT???!!!! REALLY??? SO... you should have excused yourself from this matter as it highly appears you are friends with this monster who thoroughly disrespected you and your courtroom. Nice. THAT is a conflict of interest. Period. Another question... Would it work if YOU claimed you neglected to educate yourself for 8 years prior to "judging" in your profession.. causing undo pain and suffering to those you could not possibly deliver any form of "justice" to? Of course not... Just as it would not have worked for me in my professional life as a registered nurse to claim the same. Period! Explanation point! So I ask u Judge McGowan... Where do people find justice? WHERE???? I've searched for 41 years so I would love an answer. This society and our "leaders" are a MESS! OUR GOVERNMENT IS A MESS! The system is broken and YOU just PROVED it! You ADD to THE DYSFUNCTION!! Step down Brian. You do not have your head nor heart in the right place. You are not justice. This ENTIRE event is just a small step below criminal in so many ways..... As I sit in this decades long "ignorantly unmaintained" (Davids defense) apartment building with 3 broken windows from 1950 for the past 3 plus years as the glass rotted away from the old wood surrounding the glass ..listening to the rodents all throughout the building...ENTER MINE (through the cold air vents) FOR THE 2ND WINTER... and you evicted US??????!!!!!!!! Merry Christmas.. Judge ... Unreal. Shame on you"

"I was very unhappy with Sue Mack, she disappointed me ,I guess I had to do all the work, she wouldn't look at any of the police report and told me that wasn't her job, I wonder what her job everything I presented she said was hear say, but when the defendant told her something with no prove she believed her. I had a brick and a pumpkin throw though my front window at 3 am , the police came , my neighbor seen the whole thing, but that was hear say . I was treated like a criminal, it to me was a joke. I will never press a complaint again in my life, not if she is Judge. I don't know how long she has before she has to run for Judge again but when she does, I will campiagn for who ever runs against her . Very Very disappointed with her. Both the defendant and her boyfriend lied under oath. Being honest don't mean a damn thing in her court room. From now on I will never do nothing if someone commits a crime against me I will handle it myself."
