"So Sad!!! can't talk to any one! none of the phone numbers work. Completely unacceptable if this was private industry this business would fail. At least at the DMV you get a person"
"Was trying for over one hour to obtain the Erie county jury duty fax # . Couldn't obtain it because could not talk to a human being."
"My 19yo was summoned for jury duty, and called to let the coordinator's office know they would be away at school on the date they were summoned for. The person they spoke to asked when my kid would be home on break, and rescheduled them for jury duty in that week instead. By the time that date rolled around - many months later - the summons (and juror number) had disappeared, so it was not possible for my kid to find out if they needed to report. So we got up early and reported to the courthouse ... and when they got to the jury room, they found out that the first person in the coordinator's office had erred in rescheduling, that college students are normally deferred entirely, and the main person had in fact deferred them. NOBODY EVER CONTACTED MY KID TO TELL THEM. The first person erred in not deferring my college student, and the second person erred in deferring them but not communicating it, so we drove in from Fairview for nothing."
"Lost my juror number and I'm trying to contact anyone and everyone about it. Automated responses immediately require the number to proceed and the only other response I got was an answering machine telling me to leave a message. The jury duty system is flawed and desperately needs reworked."
"The phone numbers do not work;. This website's phone numbers are wrong or no longer work. Disappointed with this site. Does anyone check this site for accuracy. I need to talk to the jury coordinator and this site is frustrating. Why are the taxpayers paying for someone to do this website and it does NOT work. Poor job for sure."
