"It's called Wavepoint now. Trucks taking forever to get loaded here. Arrived 12:30pm... Appt 1pm, door at 3pm, it's now 8pm and I'm still in the dock. Do not break your seal at delivery. Even with permission. My load had many issues, 9 pallets. At delivery Capstone charged $160 to unload due to time figuring it out."
"Easy in and out, fast and efficient. Overnight parking available (mildly limited on space), and a porta John that isn’t a complete disaster on site. Good amount of maneuverability, should be plenty of room for a U-Turn to grab a sight side back."
"Don't trust reviews. They're all fake! Arrived at 8.30am for my 10am appt. It's 3pm now and I'm still not loaded. Only one truck left facility, other trucks are wasting time alongside my truck. Terrible job, management please keep an eye on your employees. Drivers do not take cheap loads from them! Picture taken at 9am and now all doors are taken by other drivers."
