"Terrible company and the employees are getting bitter by the minute. Very hot day, my closest trolley stop didn’t have a connect card machine and I didn’t want to walk to a trolley stop that did have one because that would have been a 26 minute walk in the stifling 100 degree temperatures and after working a very long day. The trolley driver wouldn’t even let me on and made me get off and download the stupid app to put money on it. Told me to figure out how to use the app and download the stupid app. Worst company ever and even worse when they’re doing construction every where. Would not recommend this company at all right now."
"I had a terrible driver yesterday so disrespectful, he was not letting me aboard his trolley and when I got off where my destination is, he got up in my face, and after he got up in my face, he had a customer that was flipping me off I was not smoking on the platform. And my trolley pass and my vape was in between my phone and my trolley pass and and I’m gonna stick up for my best friend, but she was smoking on the ramp going up to the platform afterwards she put it back in her pocket and this Driver was driving 4310"
"Genuinely why does every bus that goes far outside the city go through EVERY neighborhood to get there? Even the express buses now? The P12 takes an extra 20 minutes after you added beacon hill and Wilkinsburg. There is absolutely no reason for it to make every stop on the street to the busway either. It’s an EXPRESS bus."
"Disrespectful bus drivers time and time again. Port Authority needs to do better. They can start by getting rid of bus 6345 on the 51 route, who is a disrespectful and racist person. It's because of people like him , other decent drivers get a bad rep."
"My family and I come to Pittsburgh for games, shopping and sight seeing. I am always surprised that to ride the “T” has a Fare Free Zone. It is a fantastic way for getting around downtown Pittsburgh or on the North Side area. It keep you from having to pay for expensive parking in the city. Always clean and dependable."
