"I contracted with Corry at At-A-Boy for my upcoming move with the required $50 deposit. I was told I needed to make arrangements for a moving van. A few weeks later, I asked Corry, who would be picking up the truck, what size and who would be responsible for driving it. He said I would! I am I my 70's and single. I was not informed of this initially or I would not have agreed to the contract as I am not comfortable driving a 17 foot truck! So, I cancelled the move 4 weeks in advance. Corry refused to refund my $50. It is important when dealing with an older client to be clear on the expectations about the truck and who is to drive it. That was not explained to me. I was taken advantage of, definitely and deserve a refund!"

"This is a very professional company. All the men I dealt with were kind, pleasant and very careful with our belongings. I had a huge snafu with my rental truck and when I called Cory the owner he did not hesitate to try to help us secure a different truck on a weekend when there were none available...he did not have to do this but its in his DNA to be helpful.
