Reviews
"They took my money but it was fine. The receptionists were nice and the judge was informative. Everyone very polite."
"Had to go there for a ticket and was short the money at that time. They were quick to give me a 30 day extension without any hesitation or rudeness. They were nothing but courteous and professional. As another commenter stated, it's a good experience for a place no one really wants to have to go to."
"I see all these negative reviews and maybe they changed staff since then cause my experience was great. The two women in the office were very kind and professional. I even complimented them cause I’ve been to three other court houses in Erie and this was my best experience between them all. The judge was also very understanding and reasonable. Overall a great experience at a place nobody wants to be."
"The women who work the front desk here are so rude. I called the office with questions (this is my first time ever going to court) and they basically told me to figure it out on my own. When I asked about how to get an attorney, she immediately asked me “do you have a job?” Very rude and presumptuous. They act like they’re better than you because they didn’t get caught speeding."
"I’ll certainly agree. Dread every time I have to go there which has been very infrequent. Thank goodness. But its not just the office workers. District justice also can be a stinker."
