"Water is still dark yellow, almost brown, foul smelling, and not safe to drink. Accountant she is still a thief. She will consistently over charge bills. It's very clear IBMA does not care about the Industry community and cannot do their jobs."

"Every month I am charged an incorrect amount. I've had a meeting previously because I was over paying my bill and they would still say I owed money every month. At first they said it was my fault and I was not paying my bill. Until I told them I have all the receipts from paying at a notary. Then they tried to barter how much I'd be refunded since they would not take accountability for their billing errors. It's either someone is stealing or someone is terrible at their job. I got a new water heater a couple years ago. I have brown water like many other community members. IBMA will not do anything to resolve the issues. They will rarely return phone calls or emails and if they do they refuse to fix their issues. I haven't heard anything from my last email or phone calls so I've had to resort to this."
