We took the double amount of time (8 hours instead of 4) to reach our destination; they made us change seats once the train departed; no power so the temperature dropped inside the train... And, yet no response ONE month later to the complaints and money return the train crew promised. Very unprofessional and rude. Never will I buy tickets again."

"Beautiful city. Plenty to do including visiting an amazing Metropark System. Quaint restaurants downtown with outdoor seating patio style. And, not to mention, the great University Of Michigan campus sits in the heart of the city."

"Decent amount of seating for the size of the station. Everything is clean and in good repair. Friendly staff. The train only makes a quick stop, but boarding is quick and easy. Note that there is no checked baggage on these trains."
