"I was sent an email saying my results are complete with links to download an app to see them. Only problem is the app is too old for my my android version on my phone. So old in fact its happened for awhile to quite a few people. Just send the results in a dang PDF. Only links to contact them is through email and nothing on their website about viewing your results. Such an expensive test for poor support and outdated ways of sending results. Emailed about not being able to see the test results and currently waiting a response. Update: Response was received the following business day. They cannot share the results over email for legal purposes and were aware of the app being outdated and are currently waiting for the app team to update it. (whenever that happens or if). Had to wait a couple weeks to receive the results from my doctor who ordered it then again in my mailbox. Not a terribly big deal but still kind of a tease to get the email that your results are ready and not being able to view them right away and having to wait another week or so to get them from your doctor or in the mail. Updated to 2 stars in place of 1 for at least an email response from them."

"After a month I called about my wife and my results, they said they did not have emails to send that information.That would have been good to know a few weeks ago. I certainly gave the doctor my emails, so they could have asked my doctor but did not bother. So I called and they sent my wife's results, but mine did not come. I called a second day when they opened and was told my email problem would be sent to a tech person who would straighten it out. I called at the end of the day when almost everyone was gone and got the same answer, no results, no explanation, just an apology. Their OWN website said they were open till 6 pm; I called at 5:15 and one person was there ? So I have to report the truth, they are not organized and dont' seem to care ! Its a simple email people ! Over a month and NO results !"
