"Too busy to help"
"Called this company to simply offer a job to them. A pretty simple job, 25x25 garage conversion to living room. Aparrently the office phone didnt answer, so my call was forwarded to someones cell phone. The guy who answered the phone was very unprofessional, didn't answer the phone with a business title or anything, and then proceeded to speak to me in a very odd and condescending tone. Very off putting. I didn't even have the chance to offer the job to them, talk details or anything, before I was turned off completely by this guy. Maybe this was the owner? I dont know.. either way I wouldn't recommend any company that condones this type of behavior towards a potential client. Wish I could of had the conversation recorded..."
