"I have visited this Staples twice, to print a few documents from a USB. Their self-serve copiers (I tried multiple) would not read my USB. There is nothing wrong with the USB. The first time, an employee helped me behind the counter and of course was able to open the files without issue and print from there. Foolishly I came back again today thinking that maybe the problem had been solved. Nope. The employee this time was somewhat snarky with me, making me walk through the steps with her as if it was user error, even though I told her it was doing the same thing as last time. Of course it didn't work. I asked if they could print the pages for me (literally like 4 pages, taking less than 2 minutes) and she said "the best I can do for you is two hours". So, because their machines are useless, I have to wait 2 hours to get a few pages printed? No thanks. I walked out, went down the road to Fed Ex who had no trouble with their self-serve machines, printed my documents within minutes and was on my way. I will not be back to this Staples for print services."

He told me about all of my options for getting my daughters birthday invites printed and saved me money by telling me about the rewards program on the app! He made my night and I’m so excited to pick up my invitations!! Thanks again, Sean! Clint also was super nice (I only met him as I was leaving but he was great!)"
