"Horrible. Vehicle had no dolly in that we paid for. Had to drive additional miles to a real location to get it. Vehicle was dirty when they gave it to us, and then I was charged 25 fee for cleaning and a 30 late fee because they didn't run my card when they were supposed to. Going to file complaint with corporate and the BBB if not resolved immediately."
