"I recently ordered a Colorado bar after doing a few Google searches for a good quality universal bar. I already had a Rep 5000 series rack, and misc accessories. The bar came and was awesome, except for a small mistake from the factory. I called Rep, sent a few photos, and within a few days had a solution that was more than fair. If anything, I got a much end of the deal. The company (Rep) was super cool about everything. In fact, it was the best customer service I've experienced in a long, long time. That's one of the many reasons I will continue to use Rep for any future fitness product purchases. The products are awesome, they come out with new innovative stuff on the regular, and customer service is the best."

"I've been using equipment for several months now. I really like it was it expensive, yes. Do I wish it was made in the USA? Yes. That being said, the quality is very good, nothing like box store junk. The only complaint I have is the roller pads for using on the 5000 series. The pins are too small, and they flex allot. I get it they sell 1 kind for all their racks. But for the money spent, they should upgrade this feature. I left 1 video of this for an example. That said their customer service is very good. Oh, and their shipping very very very fast amazing. FYI had a blast with me and my son opening all the boxes and putting this thing together. Kinda wish I could do it again"
