"Owner is disrespectful. Christmas eve: I bought vuse refills. They looked funky so i went back in asking if i could exchange, i was to call manufacturer instead. Moments later in my car while calling manufacturer i hear tap tap tap on my window. Its the owner. He says come on i will switch it for you. This was awesome and very kind since they looked funky like i said. I wasn’t expecting that to happen. I was 100percent fine with calling manufacturer. I go in to get the switxh, and i go back to my car and open the new one. Still, it looked funky ao i walked back in only to notify the employee that they may have recieved a bad batch. I leave and enjoy mthe holiday still grateful the owner did that for me. Now today, i go in to buy refills and he ok his head smuggly and wouldnt sell them to me. What the heck is that??’ he said he had to pay for the ones from before. Idk why that was my fault. he should not have knocked on the window of my car then and interuppted me. He acted like i maliciously had a motive for him to have to pay for some funky refills that he decided to swap out for me. Im the most easy going person, but i sid not appreciate how i was treated. Idk what his deal is. May e he was having a bad day but he so t know what ppl have gone through or go through in life and he should treat ppl with respect. Well he lost my business, im not going to pump gas, buy anything, if he refuses to sell me refills. Ridiculous. If you read this owner u really should have been more professional and said if they end up looking funky i cant exchange it. U should have told me what happened with you ending up having to pay for the ones u swapped out. U should have sold to me. This could be a lawsuit. For unlawfully refusing a sale. I wont sue you for the way u treated me. Someone else may though. So take this as a lesson for yourself. Have a goodnight/good day"
