"This is a great place to get gas if you’re near Forbes Avenue, 5th Avenue, or Boulevard of the Allies in Downtown/Uptown Pittsburgh area. I go here all of the time, (probably a couple times a week). I love the staff so much. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! :) They communicate well, and they are all so understanding. They have the convenience store items you need. It’s very easy to get to, and there are some additional parking spots."
"Management needs to get better. I spend money in this establishment at least 4 times per week. I went to this establishment the other 8:00 in evening the other day. I deposited money into the lottery machine to which the printer did not print out my lottery tickets for day and night and my voucher totalling 23 dollars to be exact. I was told to leave my name and phone number and someone will get in touch with me. It’s 2 days later NO RESULTS. I stopped past a few days, unable to get any results. I was told to come in in the morning to speak to someone. I work from 7 to 5 how is that possible? Management needs to contact me about my MONEY . the phone numbers are not working going straight to voicemail. This is unacceptable. I would like to have my money please. I’m glad those numbers didn’t come out Please reach out to me next it’s going to corporate. Do better. I’m hopeful I will say the staff ESPECIALLY THE EVENINGS ARE SUPER AWESOME. My buddies. It has gotten better throughout the years."
"The rudest person I've ever met in my life works here. I asked for something off the back shelf, she complained about me"needing something" then grabbed the wrong thing. When I asked for the right thing, she said "you ain't gotta give me mouth" for no reason. Never in my life have I met someone this rude to someone they have never met."
