"I told him what I needed when I made the appointment over the phone. When I showed up for the appointment, he proceeded to tell me how great of a Tailor he is and that he charges a lot of money. I had four pair of men’s trousers that needed fitted, nothing special here. He was very dismissive and told me to go elsewhere. Maybe it’s time for this guy to hang it up and retire. He could have told me this on the phone rather than waste my time."

"Very rude. I called to inquire about a simple request that I’d need in a couple of days and I was told “no I don’t want to do that” and when I said “I’m sorry what?” He said “I won’t do that. I’m very very busy”, as if my small request wasn’t worth his time. Just came off as dismissive and unprofessional. Even if they do great work, I don’t know that it would be worth the poor customer service."
