"The architecture on the first floor of this building is absolutely breathtaking, creating a very elegant and refined atmosphere. Once you ascend to the bar, you are greeted by a beautiful view of the city. The addition of live jazz playing throughout the night was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I came here solely for drinks, so my rating is based solely on this aspect."

"First time coming for the afternoon Tea Time. There were 3 of us. We had reservation and were seated right away. The view out the windows were spectacular. The dining area was bright and spacious. Our service did a nice job of explaining all the teas, allowing us all to smell and discuss. Plenty of great options and we each found a different one that we liked. The tea comes hot and steeping in beautiful antique tea pot, that allow you to tip/pour into your cup. The food was was a beautiful collection of canapes, scones, sandwiches, and chocolates. There was something for everyone's palate. It was good, but not excellent. Some of the sandwiches were dry and tasteless. Couple of suggestions. It would have been very helpful to have a small menu card for both the teas and the food items. It would have helped during the selection of the tea, as well while we were eating the different items."
