It's changed a bit over the past 40+ years since I was last here but it is still as cool as ever! The drinks were amazing and, while we were older than the general crowd, we felt right at home. Our mistress of the drink was Margot and she was phenomenal! Whoever made our drinks was amazing last night. First taste took me back those handful of decades. Go here. Frequent this establishment! The world would be a much better place if we had more "At Random" serving ice cream drinks, playing Barry White, Frank, and Sammy! So glad they've not only stayed in business but doubled down and invested in it to keep it going. Bay View is the gem of Milwaukee."

"Absolute Milwaukee haunt. It’s a classic. Not only will you be living Milwaukee history coming to one of the oldest cocktail bars in the city, but you’ll also feel like you’re living in a Quentin Tarantino film. Drinks: damn good. Fair priced. Plenty go to cocktails for $10-$12. Bowl drinks to share. I’m a sucker for ice cream and those ice cream drinks don’t play. Cherry in New York was great. Atmosphere: Some of the coolest vibes in Milwaukee. You feel like you should be sucking down a cigarette among the dark lighting, mirrors, wood paneling, lamps, and leather seating. This is a prime date spot, place to stop and sort of pregame with friends, or to just experience Milwaukee cocktail bar culture. Service: The only wait staff that was working was an absolute sweetheart. They were super bubbly and fun. Just made me smile. Absolutely awesome while completely on top of providing solid service. They alone make me want to return! You need to stop here!"
