"This facility needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. I called to have my twin sons’ physical custody & the receptionist “Kathy” was beyond rude & unprofessional. She cut me off multiple times & when I politely asked if she could allow me to explain to her, she yelled “NO! Because I’m not who you need to talk to.” The Pennsylvania state child & youth services department should be invested & shut DOWN. They care ZERO about children, families and/or parents."
