"Charges by hour instead of game. Our lane shut off with one bowler to go on 2nd game and they wouldn't give us 2 minutes to finish. There were 4 of us and there was no lag time between taking our turns and there were only 4 lanes being used in the whole place. When I asked if leaving check in counter, putting shoes on and picking bowling ball was part of that hour, she said they give an extra 5 min for that. Really?? No mention of that when paying initially. I asked for manager and she told me there was no manager there. Very unfriendly staff. I won't be back. There are other choices for bowling alleys...."

"They have food and drink service. Overall, the experience was good, but food and drink service were slow. You definitely need to realize that it will take quite some time. The food quality has improved from past experiences. We were very happy about that. Hopefully, the time of service will improve as well, but it's a fun place to bowl and have something to eat and drink."
