The level in which she was rude, condescending, and snark was completely despicable. I honestly feel bad for the owner of this company if he or she is not aware of this behavior because someone like her is a sure fire way to deteriorate a company and it’s reputation. I would take my business elsewhere."

"The guy is very knowledgeable about each product. He does not pressure one to get a specific type of vapor and etc. He also will not allow one leave without making sure the vapor works. This is my go-to place."

"GWC is the only vape shop I go to. I used to live in Squirrel Hill but now I drive in from Monroeville because you can't find better prices or better selection anywhere else. The skinny white guy behind the counter is fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Don't go anywhere else, you won't regret it."

"I went in to buy a pen and happened to be on the phone while browsing. There was one customer there with her dog and the employee. As I was browsing the employee called across the store to me and said I was being really loud on the phone and could I hang up or leave because he couldn't hear and have a conversation. I didn't think I was being very loud but he had asked nicely I would have tried to be quieter but it was rude to call across the store and tell me to leave. I left without buying anything and won't be back."
