"I love the workers but the quality of the wigs are terrible I bought a Brazilian wig and it frizzed up in less than a week I went to tell the store owner she tries to say it’s deffective and that I should go out my way to send it to the company and talk to them that’s not appropriate at all let alone the fact that she has no store policy on defective items she sells .... we as a people need to open our own stores and take our business someplace else"

"I actually was happy with the customer service I recieved from the two ladies that assisted me in finding the right style wig for myself.. The reason I am unsatisfied now is the quality of the wig.. I bought this particular wig two weeks ago. The strap broke on the wig (I wore it only twice, by the way) I took it back for an exchange.. Nobody in the store knew what to do so they called the owner (Lin I heard them say) The owner refused to exchange my wig.. She chose to do nothing.. The employee apologized and said if it was her choice she would replace it.. That was a nice thing to say, but it didn't fix MY problem as a consumer... I will never shop there again, I work too hard for my money to spend it in places where customer satifaction isn't a goal.. I will not shop there again the quality of the product and customer service is poor..."

"I actually worked there and i can say the last reviewer is actually wrong and right. right on there are ppl who dont know the product but thats usually with in the beginning of training. if you had a real experience there you would of seen that there are actual people in there who are hair stylist and actually work in a salon so if one of the new girls didnt knw the ones who did whick 9 out of 10 times it would be 4 out of 6 workers who could tell u exactly where something is and what the difference was with the products. As for products they dont have the same as hair masters and the other stores. BC they only have certain products they sale, unlike the other stores who dont stick with one brand or supplier they are cluttered where NVS isnt cluttered like that they have 2companies they deal with or brands and thats who they stick with. They are very honest they will let you know what there is and what they dnt have and if you say your going some where else they will say ok and aadvise you when they close."
