"Trying to buy a buy one get 1 free things of ground beef that were directly next to eachother in the meat section with the stickers on them. Got the cashier and the manager arguing saying they don't go together ??? Talking about my boyfriend while we're leaving. Rude as hell."

"The ladies that work the deli are nasty ! I called tonight 11/7/23 around 415 maybe 420 and asked if I could order 3 roll sandwiches the lady speaking on the phone immediately had attitude I ordered 2 Italian sandwiches and I asked for American cheese she starts yelling saying they come with provolone cheese you want Italian they come with provolone cheese I said I'm sorry aren't they made fresh can I please have American cheese she huffs very loudly into the phone yup american cheese okay you could hear the attitude in her voice then she rudely tells me it's going to be 30 minutes because other people are first which is completely fine I don't mind waiting it's the way she was speaking to me. Then I go in the store to pick up the sandwiches and she throws them on the counter and doesn't say anything to me and just walks away this isn't the first time I've gone in and have attitude given to me from the people at the deli I work with people all day 40 plus hours a week I'm still friendly it's called customer service which they are definitely lacking in there!!!"

"The store runs really good specials and sales. It's clean, well stocked, the staff is friendly and the prices are good for the area. While the store is outdated, I'm not buying the building or fixtures. Everything is clean and operational. This location is akin to a local hometown grocer than a supermarket. There are very modern Tops stores closer to Binghamton."

"This grocery store I found to be priced for convenience as I stopped here for a few items. The store is a bit dated and the floors are in need of repair. The fruit appeared fresh and staff were friendly. Only stopped here while passing thru"
