"Food was good!!!"
"The selling agent never mentioned a conflict of interest section in contract we were going to sign for a house they were selling for their neighbor of 20+ years... no matter, property had issues brought to attention during inspection. It just seemed shady..."
"They are very good people and help alot with all my paperwork for my new house no problem no complain thank you John Easter"
"Email to view a home... nobody every contacted me .... terrible customer service ... will never use or recommend"
"Had a horrible experience with one of the agents, Sue Weber. My issue began when she called me during an open house of my "for sale by owner" to tell me she used to own the house and was interested in stopping by. I told her it was fine to stop by and she did and immediately handed over her business card and started listing reasons why using a realtor was the only way to ever sell a house. It was incredibly off putting to be accosted in my home like that. I politely ignored her and moved on to chat with those visiting who were genuinely interested in purchasing my home. She called and left me a voice mail a few days later saying, "I'm not trying to get you to list the house. I just found something that I think can help you." This message was followed by a total of six calls and three voicemails over a four day period. I finally called her back, intending to tell her once again that I wasn't requiring her services, but she quickly took the call in another direction. She proceeded to tell me, in these exact words: "You don't know anything about real estate. I've been doing this for 30 years. I know what I'm talking about." I don't know why she thought that that statement, combined with all of the other rude and condescending things she said to me on that phone call would get me to list my home with her. She claimed my reasonably priced home would appraise for almost twenty thousand less than what I was asking and went on to tell me that I knew nothing about mortgages and appraisals. Well, guess what Sue.... it didn't. Appraised for asking price. Clearly your thirty years in real estate haven't taught you all you think the have. And they definitely haven't taught you how to be polite to people. I had to block her on my phone to avoid getting her calls."
