Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel

"Lovely hotel, friendly service. My only complaint is the room was so small. My bedroom at home is larger! Plus they only have one suite which was booked. The view of the marina was beautiful at night. We were on the club level but the club was closed because of Christmas eve. They did comp us breakfast because of that which was very good. I would stay here again but only if the suite was available. There is no bell service FYI."

"From the moment my husband and I arrived we were greeted warmly. The staff were amazing. We stayed on floor 7 and it was beautiful. Clean . And comfortable. We had access to the club level and the food and snacks were delicious. Thanks you again for a wonderful stay. this is my 3rd stay here and I we hope to be back many many more times."

"I had a great experience at this hotel. The room, hallway, lobby, bar, conference rooms, and restaurant were all very clean. The staff was very friendly and very professional. I was greeted at the door and was quickly greeted at the reception desk. The room was large and completely updated. The bed, furniture, bedding, lighting, and bathroom fixtures were luxurious. Parking was plentiful and the parking garage was easy to navigate. I was 100% satisfied with my stay and plan to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Erie."

"For my wife and I this was a five-star experience. I really don't understand how Google Maps shows this as only a 3-star property. Every aspect of our stay from the people at the front desk to the rooms and views was excellent. We paid a bit extra for a top floor room which has a small club area which includes breakfast and I greatly recommend this if your budget can allow it. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was a totally enjoyable experience with excellent service."

"I LOVED my room! I brought me great joy to have a view of the lake. The room was so simply yet tastefully decorated. I enjoyed having a round work table with a big light above it that I could swing around as needed (this was a conference/working weekend). The French doors on the bathroom were lovely and enjoyed the spacious shower. The restaurant served great food and had great service - also enjoyed sitting outside for what was no doubt probably one of the final days to do so. Thank you for a fabulous stay."
