"Completely trash company been going on four months waiting for a CPAP and they never call I always have to call them. Then all the sudden after four months they tell me they don't serve Erie county anymore. Never ever go with this company complete trash all the way around."
"If anyone ever needs medical supplies, DO NOT get them from Community Sergical Supply.This company came in got him a tank to hold him over till the portalable one could get there later on, The guy who was to bring it calls and tells us he can't get there till 12:30 am and the person who was to set up the home system would be there in the morning. Said he should have enough to last him till then. So midnight comes and guess what he runs out. I call the company and this ignorant man tries to tell me we did something to the tank...ummm no. Then proceeded to tell me the earliest he was going to be there would be 4:30 am. I tell him okay, I don't care you need to get here he needs oxygen...he says I'm coming from Columbus and I can't get there till then. Umm dude it doesn't take 4.5 hours to get there from Columbus. Then tells me well just take him to the hospital bc I'm not going to be able to make it tonight. I asked so your refusing to come?? He said no I just worked 16 hours. I'm not going to get there till 4:30, The other guy will be there in the morning so I'm not coming.. At this point I lost it and was not very nice to him. I called back and asked to speak to some about this. I got another person who tells me she spoke to him and he said he was coming so what was the issue. I tell her what happened and then she tries to call him to confirm and he has shut off his phone. Thank goodness we knew some who had a portable tank that he could use till the morning, but this company his horrible and that guy needs to find a new job."
"Second time dealing with CSS, first time having to make it to the office. They close at 5pm, but stayed open until 5:45 on a Friday to make sure I got my supplies. Appreciate the friendliness and the Customer Service."
