"I know it's extremely difficult to pick out the correct fertility clinic. A lot of emotions go into it. I can only speak to my personal experience as someone in the midst of dealing with infertility, but I would/have recommended Kindbody to my closest friends with absolute confidence. In my first consultation, I tried to rush through my history because I assumed my doctor would be in a hurry. Dr. Pakrashi laughed and told me to take my time. She then stayed on with me for another 20 minutes to talk about the emotional aspects of infertility and sent me some resources. She validated all of my physical and emotional issues, and really carved out a space for me to feel safe. That set the tone for my experience so far. One of the most important elements for me is the fact that I needed something for my insurance- a very unique letter to explain a complicated issue- and my doctor got back to me within 48 hours. Another thing that stands out is that a woman Melody stayed on the phone with my pharmacy for HOURS trying to get my medication approved. Finally, I'd like to note that the front desk staff or something beyond exceptional. They made me laugh when I was nervous about a procedure and helped me through a piece of complicated paperwork. I don't know what will happen with my fertility, my insurance battle, or my medical issues in the future, but I can say that I whole-heartedly recommend Kindbody."
