"Max and Sean of Millvale Builds are truthfully good friends of mine - but that being said, they’ve also done amazing work for me, my family and this community! (I lucked out that they are my friends!) I have added some photos as examples - I wish I had “before” pics of all the projects...but as you can see these guys can grow a rose out of a crack in the sidewalk! Their specialty is decks - I had one of their first decks built just for fun back in 2017. Our space was a gross old concrete slab, but Max and Sean transformed it into an oasis with handmade flower boxes, a deck, and aesthetic charm! It was so beautiful it inspired neighbors on our street to spruce up their spaces too! There is an image of my garage floor - before it was constantly dusty and dirty and just drab...it had a big crack in it as well that always collected debris. Sean saw a need for an update and now I LOVE my new floor!! It is so much easier to keep my house and garage clean and it just looks way better! Finally, the camper (which is a personal project, but these guys are my friends) which I renovated with the help of Millvale Builds. I definitely would have done the floor wrong and wasted materials but Max helped save me so much time and money and it looks great! "I used the Millvale Building Company for the construction of a 20' x 16' deck and they have been by far the best contracting service I have used. They are very skilled, easy to work with, fairly priced, and refreshingly reliable. They actually finished our deck ahead of schedule which is something unheard of in the contracting world. "I had a few issues I was dealing with around the yard (fence posts degrading, doors not shutting smoothly, etc.) and contacted Millvale Builds after seeing the great work they've done through their Instagram and LinkedIn pages. Sure enough they were willing and able to lend a hand. Max was extremely responsive and scheduled up a time to come out and provide a quote within 2 business days, and after agreeing to the price, he was out here to do the work by the end of the week. You can tell from talking with the guy how knowledgeable and passionate he is about his craft.
