"Setting up appointment and picking up uhaul extremely easy. Staff was very patient as I had to move money around due to Uhaul policy of 100$ hold on prepaid debit cards but they eventually took cash to make it easier. Truck was clean and had lots of instructions."
"If you want to be talked down to by the most unprofessional, miserable, arrogent little man for asking simple questions about equipment available because he somehow manages to have absolutely no real knowledge of the equipment they have or the industry he is in, you are in the right place. "Absolutely terrible experience, the equipment was FILTHY. Mud and dirt and cigarette smell, tobacco in the cup holders. Old coffee cups crammed behind the drivers seat. The no contact pickup didn't work, cell service is poor in this area, pictures wouldn't upload. I mentioned to the guy behind the desk who i assume was the owner that they should have a wifi point on the wall near the no contact pickup because the service is terrible and he stated "I'm not paying for you to access the internet." I was late to my pickup because of all this, overall really bad experience, would not recommend, will not use again."
"We rented a U haul trailer one way from here. I reserved the trailer online, then stopped in to pick up and pay. It was an easy transaction and we were on our way in 10 to 15 minutes. They had a decent stock of commercial tools for rent in stock in the show room. Tile saws, floor sanders, drywall hoists, pumps, flooring nailers, and plenty more."
