Budget Inn

"First of all I don't like to complain, even though I have been staying at many motels and hotels around 48 States, Alaska, and other countries, but the motel owner was so rude to me today. On our first night, when we were about to sleep, we found an insect inside the bed cover. but we did not complain because it might be from outside. Another thing was after we checked in, he said "not to use the other bed" (because there were 2 beds in the room). I don't like that room number 103, because there is a bed that blocked the room door that I can't open it all the way. On our third night, there was no toilet paper any more, but when I asked for toilet paper, he said "go to Walmart". And then I said: "how come?" then, he gave me 1 roll toilet paper. Then, on the last day of our stay in that motel the owner called us. He said." you must check out at 10:30 AM”. He also said “you cooked yesterday because there were scratches in the bath up”, but we didn’t cook at all since the first night, then just before checking out we went to the office. But he did not open the office door, after we rang the bell 3 times. We went back to our room to put the key on the table inside our room, suddenly he came to our room, and he said “where is the key, and he showed us the scratches in the bath up”, but there was nothing scratches inside the bath up."

"Nice experience for me and my hubby.. peaceful no smoking but they do have a deck you can walk out to smoke I like it.."

"I stayed there last night and I have been staying in motels and hotels for the last 45 years and this is got to be THE very worst ever!!! THE ROOMS LOOK LIKE THEY HAVEN’T BEEN UPDATED SINCE THE EARLY 1980S! They weren’t clean, there was a noisy air conditioner that kicked on and off all night long and didn’t even cool the room down. It’s in the middle of nowhere and when I asked the very rude lady at the front desk, if she had toothpaste I could buy, she told me I could walk to the nearest gas station and MAYBE I could buy some there. There wasn’t even a small, travel size bottle of shampoo in the room. It’s a ghastly place, and I would not recommend this “flea trap” of a motel to my worst enemy!"

"For the price I couldn't be happier with it! The beds are what you'd expect from a hotel, mini fridge and a microwave. Satellite TV is pretty nice. What makes me the happiest is that I have fresh towels every day. As a former environmental services lead for a hospital I am quite impressed with the cleanliness. Definitely recommend! Door locks are nice, too. Locking knob with a simple deadbolt. As secure as your front door."

"Been staying here for 25 hunting seasons in Ohio I never expected to have such a great place to stay all these years I’m treated like family by the owner Yes it is a low budget place to stay with only a few amenities but it is extremely clean and well maintained"
