"As soon as you walk through the door there is an awful smell, then the elevator smells like turpentine. The pool and spa is out of order, and the rooms aren't very clean. Breakfast was horrible, nothing really to eat."

"If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. The bedsheets had dirty stains and the housekeepers remake the dirty beds. The biscuits had flour on the bottom of them and made my brother sick. Then the water tasted like iron and gave me a stomach ache. The manager is just an awful person who discriminates against people with disabilities. I’d suggest finding a different hotel unless you absolutely have no choice. Hotel manager is quick to call the cops over any issue, no matter how small."

"Horrible experience. TV did not work, no working ice machine in the entire building. Pool temporarily closed (looked as it hadn't been in service for a long time) Shower wouldn't turn on. Arrived for breakfast at 8:30 am (supposed to serve until 9:30) and literally nothing to eat except for corn flakes and white toast. Promised that manager would look at the TV, never saw her and she was not reachable by phone. Staff acted like all this was normal."

"This place is a wonderful family place to stay when visiting Cambridge, OH. My great grandmother used to work here in the kitchen and every time our whole family came to visit we'd stay here. The staff is wonderful! The rooms are clean and fresh. The location is perfect for shopping and food!"

"Nice hotel. We like staying at Comfort inn as they are always clean and neat. The only thing we don't like are the low sitting toilets. Hard on a senior with bad knees. Breakfast is good."
