"I stayed for 20 nights. Rooms were okay, and the bed was comfortable. Minor aesthetic defects but nothing that would detour me from staying again. It was a nice and quiet place. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's also within walking distance of several restaurants. That was a plus."

"On September 20, checked in for the night and had to leave due to uncleanliness of room. Smelled badly, and our pullout couch was very dirty (see photos), resembling bed bug feces on it. Left and we were told (because it was booked by Chase Travel rewards) that once we went through Chase, we would get the refund back. I’ve attempted many calls to Chase and to the hotel itself, and they still won’t approve my refund. Stay elsewhere!"

"Owner and workers should ask, What is customer service? Being on the road and away from home for 5 months is hard enough. Staying in the same room for a month, you think you get better service. Im sorry to say this but seems that being a hispanic has caused bad service. After two weeks I got my towels changed and trash taken out of my room. Owner walked around breakfast area never said good morning only asked what I was doing in town. Only 2 people from the front desk would acknowledge me and treat me politely, I thank him for giving me new towels after being ignored for 2 weeks. Breakfast if you would call it that, you’re better off going burger king or mcdonalds. I wouldn’t recommend this place especially if you’re hispanic."

"It was a great stay however it gets three stars because the Internet didn't work for the entire stay of 3 nights, and the breakfast was literally the bare minimum. Even if they had some muffins or bagels, then I would say they had a decent breakfast...they had eggs, waffles, a few pieces of bread, biscuits with gravy, cereal and apple/orange juice if you were early enough."

"2.5 stars. I'm on the road 150 nights per year and stay in many hotel brands all over the country. I was driving to Indy after working all day near Pittsburgh, and spent the night here. This one is not up to Best Western standards. Positives: updated room (newer carpeting, large TV, good soundproofing), pleasant staff. Negatives: breakfast was only biscuits and gravy for hot food, no fruit at all. Wifi didn't work at all - desk clerk in the evening said she was waiting for "them" to call back with instructions on how to fix it. King bed had a "trough" on one side, but the other side was OK. The good news is BWs are independently owned and operated, so the next one should be better."
