This past time I was charged for 3 carpet cleaning and when they returns my rugs they had debris all over them as well as lint and the men delivering them had outside work boots on and no shoe covers and was walking on our carpet kicking it open. They told my staff they don't put the carpets down and that was the first time in 10 yrs and over 20 pick-ups. I am so disappointed and will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!"
