"Dr. Jho kept me from having a fusion for spinal stenosis which was even recommended by Mayo which would have led to many other complications with age and instead performed a minimally invasive surgery that solved my issues. Years later.. I’m doing great still. His bedside manner was great and he even stuck around after my surgeries to make sure I was OK before leaving the hospital. I got to go home each day after surgery and was able to make a drive back from Pennsylvania to Illinois the same day. Incredible. Cannot recommend him more highly."

"This doctor did a guinea pig surgery, on someone close to me, and completely butchered him. He went in to get fixed, came out worse. He got an xray recently and the doctor that read results stated that Dr Jhos "surgery " wasn't even remotely close to what it was supposed to be to help. Oh and when he called Dr Jho for him to explain what he did in the surgery, Dr Jho REFUSED to talk to him This person has been dealing with horrible pain for most of his life. Had to drop out of college, can't keep a job, in and out of hospital, just in pain on a daily basis. It is very unfortunate what happened and the fact that there has been no one to help him is horrendous. I really wish there was something that could happen here...."

"If I could give less than one star I would, having to leave one star to write a review was difficult for me. My husband went for a consultation and he gave us zero answers, absolutely no information besides what we already knew. Was mad at us for not being certain if he wanted surgery or not, but never told us that surgery was needed, said he could do surgery if we wanted it but never confirmed it was needed. The way he spoke to us was so rude there aren’t even words. He treated us as though we were beneath him and a waste of his breath, the attitude was so odd that you couldn’t believe it unless you were there. Our appointment was for a consultation not to schedule surgery, which we would of been happy to do, had that have ever been told to us that was what was needed. He mocked my husband and spoke in a whiny voice while doing so. To say it was appalling would be a grave understatement. We went to him in hopes of him being able to tell us surgery is a good option or you should continue trying alternate routes, instead we were berated and mocked and made to feel as though we were stupid. His nurse practitioner was left in the room with us after he stormed out and the NP said ”This is not cancer, we don’t give opinions just options. Just stay active and do what you can, maybe it will just go away.” In regards to a herniated disc, bone spur and pinched nerve that were all visible on the MRI. This man may be a fantastic surgeon but his skills as a caregiver and just person in general are beyond non-existent. His ego controls his words and it’s very sad to see someone with such celebrated talent be such an ugly person."

"Brilliant, kind, compassionate, patient, does not rush patients and explains everything. He will tell you if you don't need surgery and has a conservative approach. Would highly recommend Dr. Jho, his PA (Phillip) and all of his wonderful staff."

"Dr Jho and his PA Phillip were incredible. He explained things very well and then his surgery on wife's cervical vertebra with his minimally invasive technique went extremely well. After a 3 hour procedure, she was able to wake up and walk out of the hospital pain free. Could not have asked for a better outcome or team to have taken care of my wife. Highly recommend."
