"Wonderful service and comfortable experience starting from the moment I walked in the door! I’ve been hesitant to schedule any type of oral procedure due to Covid-19 but could wait no longer. However, their safety procedures were on point. There is a no-wait policy so right when I got there, the administrative assistant greeted me at the door and took me directly to a patient room. Everyone I met were very professional and comfortable to be around. I was fortunate to get my procedure completed on the same day as my consultation. Dr. Olssen was wonderful. I loved his technique and especially liked that he explained everything he was doing (I was numb, not put under) and asked numerous times if I was doing okay. The procedure was explained to me thoroughly prior to getting it as well as the care instructions that would follow. I was reassured that if I needed anything, to call their 24/7 customer service line. To my surprise, Dr. Olssen called and left a voicemail for me this morning to make sure I was feeling okay.
