"Did not go. When setting up the appointment, I was not told you had to pay for services when they are done and they will bill your insurance and then send you back the money. I was asked to give them a credit card to have on file,. But no mention of having to pay for everything - even with accepted insurance - at the time of service. . I found that out when filling out the on-,line paperwork."

"Staff is mostly nice, but this place is worse than if not as bad as a used car sales lot. Pushy, misleading when it comes to billing insurance. I paid over $500 for an exam and cleaning, insurance only reimbursed less than half when I was told my total out of pocket would be less tan $100, after they double billed my insurance (which could have been an honest mistake). Then I had to contact brighter smile cause my insurance wrote them the check. I was then offered a credit for future services, I immediately denied that offer as was credited promptly. Thank god I didn't pay the absurd amount for the oral appliance, based on insurance billing here I can only imagine how bad that price would end up being. If you have money to burn they'll happily take it, if not stick to in network if you have dental insurance."

"We had dental cleanings and x-rays done for our whole family. It was overall a great experience. Everyone was so kind and professional. They were even wonderful with my 7 yr old. The whole visit from start to finish was seamless and comfortable. Highly recommend this dental office! Especially if you are a little nervous about going to the dentist. We will definitely be back!"
