"I had called because I had some pain. When I go in for my appointment I was greeted nicely & receptionist were very kind. I go back & get x-rays done & the Dr said she can remove my wisdom teeth & will need a deep cleaning & will check to see if I had cavities or needed anything else but will need approval from insurance first. I waited 2 weeks, while still in pain, I had called to follow up & they said they would call back, when they called back they said they didn't need approval from insurance & I was able to make an appointment. I made my appointment thinking I was going to get my wisdom tooth removed. The same doctor who saw my x-rays then said she couldn't removed them & I needed to see someone else. I felt like my time was waisted a bit & I could have either gone somewhere else or could have seen the person who could have removed them. I only got a deep cleaning & was told they would show the other doctor my x-rays & see if he can remove them & they could call me back. While getting the cleaning the doctor finished & pretty much left quickly i wasnt able to ask about cavities or if everything was ok. The assistant was finishing up, which she was very kind but since my mouth was numb she said to not talk as much since I could bite myself. I never received a call from them to get my wisdom teeth removed & decided to go somewhere else. I don't think patients need to keep following up with a clinic when they should be the ones calling to help patients out. I know clinics get busy & scheduling is unknown so I tried to wait it out but couldn't keep waiting."
