"I didn't know the name of the person that answered the phone, but by reading the other reviews, I can make an assumption of who it was. I don't do HVAC for a living but I'm doing a small job at my home. I tried to ask a few questions about how to order about 30' of duct (what dimension they would need, etc.). The immediate response I got was "It sounds like you don't know what you are doing so if you don't know what you need, I don't know how I'm going to be able to help you." RE Michel only sells to contractors but was pleasant enough on the phone to recommend a few places to try. Do yourself a favor if you need sheet metal...go somewhere else."

"I was helping my father out by picking up some material for him and Wayne was so rude I almost had to leave. He doesn't let you talk to explain yourself which makes it hard to get what you actually want. If you don't know exactly what you need I wouldn't bother trying unless you want to make multiple trips to get the right thing made."

I had to make several calls for custom fitment questions and keep getting transferred twice to Wayne who is very rude every time i spoke to him. I called back a few days later to speak with Cameron and was placed on hold while he found my drawing. Wayne picks up again and now I'm dealing with again and the same show all over again. I come to find out he is the owner so now i will be taking my business elsewhere. But like i said, I have dealt with the company in the past and was great, except this time."
