"Nice apartments and good management / maintenance."

"First of all, they permanently closed the pool because they “couldn’t afford it” which is a garbage excuse for how large of a corporation SIMCO is. Additionally, they STILL raised rent. And then, we complained to them about finding black mold in our apartment due to water leaks from the apartment above us. The maintenance men said it was mildew and then when we moved out a couple months later, we found a huge spot of black mold behind a mattress, which ruined the mattress and caused allergy issues in our cat. We also have a newborn baby. Maintenance is lazy and dismissive."

"We have lived here for about a year and so far I really like it. The apartments are not the BEST quality in terms of the carpeting and the paint on the walls, but I love the location and the set up of our appartment. The staff does a great job keeping everything outside looking beautiful. The smaller buildings make it easy to recognize and potentially get to know everyone in the building. I think this is great because it definitely helps me feel safe knowing who is around me. This is a great location if you are new to the area and are looking for a place to live. I am very happy with our appartment and am planning on staying as long as possible."

"It would be nice if my cousin finally had their microwave. I also feel like this apartment complex has gone down hill in the last year. Why is it so hard for residents and ducks to swim? Like, the pool for people is never open when I want to swim and the ducks got a fence around theirs keeping them out. It is not fair to anyone or anything living on the property. #freerealestatefortheducks2021"

"I love living here!!! It is always super quiet, especially with the golf course as the back yard. I'm a young professional and I've never had a problem with noise or neighbors. It is extremely safe here. Everyone keeps to themselves.The staff is amazing and the grounds are kept so neat and clean. I see the maintenance out and about every day. All problems are fixed quickly. My apartment is so new and modern inside. It's a cozy place to live. I also love the pool in the summertime and I love how easy it is to get to shops and grocery stores. The mailboxes are right inside the apartment door, which is locked at all times. I highly recommend living here! My only complaint is that the water in the shower sometimes changes temperature very quickly based on when other residents use the water."
