Newport Glen Apartments

"Newport Glen Apartments are a slum. People smoke cigarettes, weed and God knows what else in a smoke free building, all of my possessions ruined, my 3rd floor apt smells like an ashtray. When i moved in, the unit had no fridge so they knowingly brought one from their break room that only had one shelf that wasn't broken. No dishwasher, I have to get a shower at 5 am when other tenants aren't using water or I'll get burnt with scolding water or frozen with cold at random times. I went without heat for weeks. No problems are ever addressed by the landlord. That's to say nothing about how old and outdated the whole building is. Stay far away and live anywhere else, I wish I had! You can pay $50 more a month and live somewhere decent."

"I lived here seasonally I live in Florida too I must say this place is beautiful economically affordable too I loved my apartment here and people are very friendly and no loud neighbors very respectful"

"This place is horrible. When you move-out before the move-out date and plant to pay that month’s rent they surcharge additional rent even before 5th of the month. The caretaker is unprofessional, she never explains everything when you are there, they never a direct office line, and the place is smelly."

"Absolutely gorgeous apartments, loved the tour and fell in love with a third floor apartment. However the apartments are expensive, I lost out on 100 dollars because after getting approved for the application I then asked about utilities and none of them are included (which is my fault I should of asked before) + you have to pay for the inspection fee of the apartment and an admin fee which is kinda weird."

"Newport Glen is a horrible place to live. They have started shooting out there and you are allowed to have big gigantic dogs in your apartment. Pit bulls, are in damn near every apartment. It's scary because it's little kids out here. More people live in a two-bedroom apartment than in the city of Youngstown .They are owned by Denizen Management and they are a horrible management company. They don't fix any repairs. You can't get the property manager on the phone never. There is a huge hole in my ceiling and they will not fix it. It's embarrassing to have people come over and see a hole in your bathroom. If I could give this place zero stars I would do not move here under any circumstances. I am glad to be moving out!"
