Even during pandemic No none payments Met with a delayed denial Great staff & people 2023 Even the presidents an High officials have past problems"

"Brookfall took over Westchester Apartments in Austintown. They posted on apartment doors on August 30th notice of a 20% rent increase and new lease requirement starting 10/1/23. It allowed them the 30 days noticed they needed to be legal. It caused a lot of stress for tenants affected. My son was one of them. They charged them for October rent at the increased rate and withheld charges for painting and carpet cleaning from their security deposit. He lived there for 3 years, you would think that would be normal wear and tear! Sketchy practices to say the least. I would suggest avoiding them for these reasons. My son has a support system to help him but there are a lot of apartments there. I can’t even imagine how many were negatively affected by their choices. Beware of renting from them."

"If you are looking to move into a reasonably affordable, well maintained housing, I suggest this place. When brookfall group took over management, maintenance request were finally getting fulfilled, the properties are being fully renovated and updated. New toilets and sinks and shower heads. If you have any issues and reach out to the management they respond in a timely manner. Outstanding group. Also when they first took over, the first order of action was replacing all the A/C units and a brand new roof."

"l wish l didn’t even have to give one star. This place is sooo dirty and old. Nothing is ever thoroughly cleaned before you move in. Everything is outdated. The maintenance guys are so rude and never fix anything on time. You will literally wait 4 months for one small thing to be fixed. The washers and dryers on each floor are disgusting and don’t even work properly. Half of the time they are broken as well. The water has no regulated temperature, it will get scolding hot or really cold without you changing it. My neighbors were always loud and l never felt safe living here with my baby. The management does not care about any concerns you have, they would rather blame you for the matter. 0/10 do not recommend."

"This is definitely not a good place to live on many levels. Mangement sucks. They act like they care so much, they don't. There's only 2 maintenance guys. Washer has been broken for a month now and before that, was broken for 3 months. These apartments are so outdated, things are falling apart. Faucets leak, toilets just keep running and breaking. Under all the sinks are caving in. We had terrible stains on the living room carpet. Our building door is suppose to stay locked and thats been broke for over 3 months now. I could keep going but I think you get it. Bonus, the pool doesn't open until MID July. Don't do it!!"
