"I have been a tenant since Nov. of 2022 since they have been bought out the new office staff is very rude! When maintenance orders are put in it takes forever for them to show up. For the price you pay for the townhomes there are little to no updates done to them. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!"

"Renter since 2021: this used to be a wonderful place to live! New management took over last fall and NOTHING has been done to maintain to property since. You could tell IMMEDIATELY that management had changed. The lawn has not been touched since October of last year. The maintenance men have turned the property into an off-road derby track. There is no extermination done. There is bug infestations and wild cats running everywhere. They raised the rent claiming it’s “fair” for this location, but stopped doing any upkeep on the property. If you even call and express a concern you are met with hostility from the start. The apartment parking lots have broken down cars just sitting everywhere now. There is trash EVERYWHERE outside blowing from the dumpsters that the cats tear through. Crime has increase as tenants in the apartments and townhouses/condos are having their cars broken into. I would not recommend this as a place to call home."

"The hallways are very nasty, I saw a few cockroaches in the hallway and one in my apartment! Person upstairs plays a piano and a guitar like they don't have any neighbors! Very rude! I had an eviction notice on my door and they claimed I wasn't paying my rent, but they cashed every last check. The lady at the office didn't even apologize for her error. Rent has gone up and we were basically forced to sign another lease due to no month to month and no time to find another place."

"Been here since April of 2020 and honestly yes there are problems but overall you get what you pay for. The building is run down dirty and smells of garbage and mold in the hallways. My apartment had no mold in it. New Managament Brookfall Group definitely has their work cut out for them but maintenance requests have been responded to in a timely manner. Unfortunately they are handled by bandages instead of rectifying the issue."

"I've been living here since fall 2020 & it's terrible. A new company just took over (Brookfall Group), and I am not impressed. All they did was raise rent our with no upgrades to the apartments/buildings. The other day my elderly neighbor told me that she killed a couple roaches in the hallway. My packages have been stolen. I talked to a few other people who live here & none of us received our leasing agreements from this new company. There are so many issues that I can't list in this review. Hopefully we have month to month leasing from now on. I'm going to try to make it out of there as soon as I can."
