"This should be corrected to 0 starts! Awful, disgrace of a company. Hit me with a court documents 2 years after signing a lease and not moving in. I followed Ohio law by sending them a letter that my new job was out of the area, and I needed to legally break the lease. They waited 7 years and are trying to garnish my wages. BE WARNED I WOUDLN'T RENT FROM THESE SCUM IF I WAS HOMELESS."

"If i could give them no stars I would. We went without heat for two days while it was -20 degrees outside. Maintenance told us to bundle up because they didnt believe that our address was part of the complex and that they werent coming (it was, we live in a townhouse owned by AIY maintenance just didnt know where our street was apparently). We’ve told them multiple times our front window was bad and let in air and rain, they told us to wrap it. We still continued to get water when it rains. Our bathtub is coming apart and theres mold in the bathroom. They caulked the tub and called it a day. We lived here three years and both got jobs in cleveland, we gave them more than the required 60 days notice and asked to leave one month earlier than our lease and were unwilling to work with us at all regardless of us never missing rent and never having a single issue or complaint FROM THEM. Dont rent from them. Nothing is taken care of, nothing is updated, nothing is maintained. They’ll throw some paint on the walls and call it new. They dont care about their tenants in the slightest. If i could stop anyone from renting here i would."

"Me and my Girlfriend have lived here for almost a year now never had any problems building is quiet and clean. We never had any maintenance issues. They do an apartment inspection every few months literally only takes about 10 seconds maintenance is very friendly. Office staff is very friendly we recently just signed another one year lease. Looking forward to another great year at Four Seasons."
