"I currently live here and I wish I didn't, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!. The management here is horrible, the complex is infested with ants, they say they come and do check ups annually, yet I had to show the exterminator the disgusting amount of ants on the railing and going up the building wall, he said he didnt no they were there.. if you actually cane and did annuall check ups, obviously he wouldve known they were there..I've had this problem for over a year now and they very rarely come to put some glue around the outlets and the counters, it doesn't work yet they keep doing it. My carpet has been ripping up from the gold strip for a year now, still have done nothing, now they keep saing the carpet people have to cone in and fix it, but they never came either. My sons crib and changing table has ants on them. I told them, and over a month later, after trying to call, which by the way, the only way you can contact them is if you go there, they never answer! I put work orders in all the time, but the office says I never did. The maintenance guy said he has seen multiple orders though. My son is about to start crawling soon, and there's nails sticking out of the carpet that's torn from the gold strip, but they don't seem to care."

"If I could give negative stars, I would. My son lives here. His AC has been non-functional for over a month! This is completely unacceptable! They had some "maintenance " people in to do something to the breaker box. They cut through the sheet rock in the opposite wall. His front door has never locked properly. This place is a dump. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!"

"If I could rate it lower I would. 800 dollar rent All utilities included except for electric turned into anywhere from $890-$960 a month with all these extra charges for common areas that they do not clean extermination that they do not do. HUGE SPIDERS EVERYWHERE! I moved in when Cory was in the office who told me that I could later be added to the lease I was the main person living there and then they told me that I could not be added just to find out in the end that apparently they put me on there once I decided I was done with them . They look nice but everything falls apart within a month of you living there you’ll realize pipes are leaking mold under the sinks. Ridiculously over priced and they will try to get over on you if you do not catch onto it. It takes maintenance forever to come and fix anything. I paid for a mailbox key while living there and never got one just got told over and over again that they didn’t have any and that they were coming in the mail. -100/10"

"Honestly moved in when rent was 575$ every month, august of 2021. Then they went through like three different managements at the time and finally settled for one that took my rent all the way up to almost $800 every month because of “shared utilities”. I still play electric through Ohio Edison here on top of their little “electric charge” and I know I don’t use as much water as they’re trying to make it seem every month. Mentioning water, I’ve had my drain in my tub, clog SOOOO MANY TIMES since moving in. They first tried saying it was me, my hair. But I work midnights and adjusting to that I definitely wasn’t showering as much as I should’ve been and I had a hair catcher on top of that. Let’s add how not only would drains clog, but I had OTHER PEOPLES WATER coming UP through my tub drain and would sit in my tub for HOURS! There is a huge bug problem and when they come “spray” for that, the dude walked in with a container, and immediately walked out claiming he was done, but still a lot of spiders, crickets, ants, Rollie ollies etc. like it’s annoying. Random power outages. And also, my toilet pipes were so backed up (not even from us, just random spurt of water) and leaked so bad one time, it flooded, causing it to spread into my hallway and into my bedroom closet. No they didn’t clean the carpet, and destroyed my stuff that away in the closet. I don’t even want my deposit back, they can have it to be honest, I’m just looking forward to leaving."

"Would give zero stars if I could. Do not move here! They are under new management and are ripping off all the tenants that currently live here. The hallways are filthy, the laundry rooms are filthy, there is trash all over outside by the dumpsters. They don’t keep up on ground maintenance. They tried raising the rent than retracted it, stating it was miscommunication. Then left a note on our apartment doors 1 day before rent was due. (Most people have already paid by this point, to avoid any late charges). They added a total of $70-100 more in charges to everyone’s rent. They stated they are charging for gas and electricity In common areas (the hallways). In that note they also said there’s an option of signing a 12 month lease with these slumlords & your rent will be raised by $68, or you can continue a monthly lease with your rent increasing by $334?! Also, in the attached photo, this is how many times my hot water has went out just in the last 2 months alone, and it goes out for the whole building. I wake up multiple times a month unable to shower for work due to having no hot water. These people are gross, ignorant, and lack care for their residents. I would not recommend."
