"I’ve lived here for a little over a year and currently moving out. The experience has been ok, the apartment is expensive for what you get. They threw them up so fast and I had settling cracks and dry wall falling off where nails were in the wall. They never attached the drain for my spare bathroom tub which flooded my spare room and required to pull up the floor. The management did a great job through the process and communication was great, I also heard it common problem throughout the apartments from other residents. I never used any of the amenities but you’re still required to pay for them and this also goes for the internet and tv service. There’s some hidden fee’s that I wasnt told about moving in around paying your rent and a service fee because you have to pay online. It’s also absolutely terrible getting anything reversed if hit with a fee, my insurance renewed and they hit me with a $50 fee because they said I didn’t have insurance and I even dropped off the insurance documents that showed the date it was sent to them showing the renewal. I’m still waiting for the reimbursement and having to keep emailing about it. I loved finding a place that allowed pets and we brought ours, but be aware the walls are paper thin and you can hear anything from dogs barking to bass from a surround sound system. When our lease came up for renewal we got hit with our rent going up a $100 dollars and that was it. Time to move on, $2700 dollars for 2 bedroom, 2 bath and a 2 car garage, then add pet fees and service fee for paying online was too much."

"My husband and I recently moved to Princeton Place. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and the place was very clean upon moving in. It is very quiet and peaceful. Nuhr in the leasing office has been an amazing help to my husband and I. I had many questions and requests during this process and she responded promptly and was accommodating. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She has been so welcoming! Nuhr is truly an asset to the complex. I’m so glad we made the decision to move here. Looking forward to meeting the neighbors as we settle in."

"I am a new resident to Princeton Place so home living I don’t have much of a review just yet, BUT I will say the units are so pretty and the customer service here was great thus far. This will be my first time moving into my own place and Nuhr made sure she was patient and accommodating to all my questions and needs. She had prompt responses to all my inquires and was extremely friendly during this entire process. Everything went extremely smooth and went much faster than I expected. The property is beautiful and I cannot wait to call this place my home for my little family."

"I moved into Princeton Place September 2023. The units are visually beautiful including the clubhouse. HOWEVER, I notified management of a dog waste problem at the beginning of my lease and have followed up with them twice a month since. Nothing has been done, I talk to a different manager every time I am in contact with them. I am so disgusted at the current state of the complex. You can’t take 5 steps in any direction without you or your dog stepping in waste. I tried to communicate the sanitation issue and the health issue to my own dogs to the leasing office and they do not care. Currently probably over 200+ piles of dog waste scattering the property. I asked kindly to be let out of my lease and relinquish my security deposit even though I don’t contribute to the issue at all, and was told too bad so sad. We don’t care about you or your pets health. I was told that they would have their maintenance guy “clean up” even though he is drowning in service orders because he is the only maintenance person. I let them know my ceiling was cracking, and had to follow up twice in a week to get them to look at it. But I am supposed to expect this poor man take care of an issue the property managers have let expand to a point of almost no return. If you have pets or enjoy walking in your community, don’t move here. For $2,000 rent this treatment and their excuses are absurd."
