"Wow the selection, price, and different sizes were quite impressive. Also, the staff was super friendly. Making a Jamacian Stew Chicken and couldn't find Allspice Seeds (pimento seeds) anywhere in my local grocery stores. They had it in stock."

"There is a lady who has been working there for years. Not very nice, one of those people that likes to take their miserable life out on people. Pittsburgh Spice has sent me the wrong thing soo many times. I have never been upset about it because I came up with a lot of new flavors, using things I didn't order and then started to. The one thing I was upset about was that when I NEED Basil and Tomato (green) they often ship me Garlic and tomato (red)....labeled as basil and tomato...... which I do NOT need. What does she do? When I actually ordered Garlic and Tomato, she made sure my order was personally held up and not sent to me. I feel really sorry for her. How awful must her life be to stoop that low to mess up the life of a stranger? I would have to have a very boring empty life, to want to go out of my way to severely inconvenience a stranger for my own personal satisfaction. I love their product soo much. I guess my only option is to order 2 weeks before I want my order, so that if she feels like delaying my order, for correctly ordering, I will still get it in time."
