"I sent a package to Texas containing a few food items that are exclusive to Pittsburgh. It was not packaged well by UPS. One of the contents burst during the shipping and arrived scattered within the box. Perhaps, I should have packaged it myself, but I thought that the professionals would be able to handle it and not just place the items loosely in a box without cushion. Unfortunately, I was wrong. UPS sent it to its destination in a timely manner but did not put much care in the process."

"Don’t expect them to answer their phone. Or return your messages. I called twice last week in regards to an Amazon return I dropped off - got no return call. Went into the store to inquire about the item , and of course , they knew nothing about it and advised it was “probably” returned to Amazon."
"I recently was dog sitting for a family whose daughter left her homework behind resulting in it needing to be shipped overnight. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They explained the earliest time available, as well as pricing. They were so busy but still remained kind and thorough. I can not recommend a better UPS location with such lovely staff."
"I was at this store today. And I had a bad experience, the lady was very rude. I wanted to get some copy and I asked her to help me because I didn’t know how to use the printer and she gave me that bad face expression and she let me wait for 10 min, that’s unprofessional. 10/23/2023 at 2:30 pm"
