"Out of the all the kiosk they have only 2 "work". I tried one of the two but my birth date wasn't good enough, and it needed my social security number too. Oops actually even my social wasn't good enough and it kept getting stuck. I don't have time for that. Yall are paying these sick people 55 bucks for a big bottle of plasma that is actually worth thousands of dollars. What an evil thieving corporation. Not worth it at all."
"So I’m leaving a review once again. This locations has created one of the most traumatic medical experiences I ever had it started first with the lack of professionalism from the management team but ended it the retaliation through medical staff. If you have any questions concerning my experience you’d only need to refer back to a previous review. This review is in specific relation to the response (or lack there of by management and even corporate) before leaving my original review I’d already called the 1-800 line concerning my experience and was told that someone would reach out to me well a month later that never happened. I called the line back and they essentially told me that the center closed my complaint without contacting me. Well I found out that I was permanently deferred for being injured and ending up with nerve damage with loss of feeling to my hand for a month. I go in to speak with a manager who assured me she’d resolve the issue and get me transferred to a different location by the 16th of June. Well it’s 21 and no change has been made. My suggestion is to avoid this place like the plague again there are several options if your looking to help someone out without having to donate at that specific location. If you need money there are other locations as well. One could ask why I’m on my second post complaining about treatment and I’ll be honest with you. For starters you should NEVER walk into a MEDICAL facility and receive Waffle House treatment. 2 if the reviews are driven down low enough then maybe you’ll chose somewhere else. 3 even if the low reviews don’t drive you away you’ll read them before you go and see that my experience is one of many similar experiences. I seem to be the only one that’s been injured but with bought review who knows how many were paid to be removed or just didn’t say anything out of fear of retaliation I’m not sure but either way please listen to what I’m saying. If you were to ask former and current staff most of them will tell you it’s a circus. PS: GUYS ITS BEEN A MONTH SINCE THIS REVIEW STILL NO RESOLUTION TO THE KATTER STILL HAVENT HEARD BACK FROM MANAGEMENT. STILL ESSENTIALLY BANNED FROM THE ESTABLISHMENT. ALL BECAUSE OF INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!"
"Well I started going to this center at the beginning of the year very smooth easy going then one morning I had a misunderstanding with the lady Beth. She was very rude not really understanding I have commutation barriers. I have social disabilities which make it a little hard to understand people sometimes but that’s neither here nor there. After speaking with Jennifer the center manager she said she would discuss the situation with Beth and explain to here how UNPROFESSIONAL she felt she was being especially telling donor to just leave and donate somewhere else. I accepted the misunderstanding and went on about my business well fast foreword approx. two month they have an individual working there that has on several occasions been very rude to me from the way she speaks to her mannerisms when speaking with me emabarassed me regarding my eczema I again asked to speak with a manager. This individual stood over me and berated me for 15 minutes saying I needed to stop talking and that I was being a “petty”. Again I ignored the situation and then Beth comes ro me the next appointment telling me next time I just need to be quit and that I was doing to much again my personality says take it on the chin and walked away simply asking to keep the young lady away from me. Well fast foreword another month the same young lady is at the counter and ignored me for an hour while I waited to find out information to start an appointment. I stayed calm brought it to the Beth managers attention. Well she goes and tell the new manager that I don’t do anything but complain and I’m a problem maybe I am idk but I do know that this same manager came to me and said mentioned this in front of the staff. Which is already told management on several occasions I wasn’t comfortable talking about any issues u had in front of staff cause they are responsible for stick and poking me and I didn’t want to be injured. Well low and behold this day all of a sudden my vein can’t be found and they ended up digging at my vein for 10 minutes cause me nerve damage for the past month were I finally gained back feeling in my hand. Well I called the 1-800 number and was told that someone would reach back out to me. A month later I’m still waiting to here back the center kicked me out and I spent a month not being able to feel my hand. Long story short people PLEASE stay away. You will NOT be treated like your donations matter if you aren’t willing to take medical abuse they WILL retaliate using the medical supplies and maybe you just end up with a little nerve damage like I did maybe you needle doesn’t get stuck all the way in and you end up losing blood(which has happened to me as well) or worse they kill you. Either way they are way better ways to help save a life like donating whole blood cells go donating time at your local hospital or volunteering for blood drives. Please don’t be me cause I promise you’ll regret it. Btw when Beth came to “check” on me her words were well it’s a little nerve damage but you’ll be okay once it’s gone it’s gone. I got better treatment in prison. Stay blessed!!! PS the center permanently deferred me for the injury THEY gave me"
"Some of the staff are very rude (one lady in particular will add her name later!). Waiting over an hour only to find out it’s now appointments only. The lady is passively racist, she yells at the black man for exiting and going to his car to grab something. 10min later a white guy comes in, exits and goes to his car, renters, then she’s polite and curious and says..“I had to cancel your appointment, you need to check in again please”. Yet, when the black guy did it she made it seem like he had to leave and was not able to check in again. He had to ask for a manager to resolve the issue. This is the kind of stuff that goes on here and they don’t think donors are watching. Meanwhile instead giggly chitter chatting and doing her job she could inform people that checked in without an appointment that they needed one. I had been there one hour they could have given me an appointment in that time I was waiting. It wasn’t even that busy, after over 14yrs of donor loyalty, I will be ending Talecris donations permanently . Terrible corporate policies, producing terrible employees . I will say the manager there is probably the only person that cares about customer service. That lady needs to be fired or moved to a position where she doesn’t interact with people."
"Very clean environment, the staff here is sooo nice and they explain everything to you in detail and always ask if you have any concerns or questions. The nurse that helped me with my physical was so sweet and caring. She made me feel welcomed the moment I walked in. I forgot her name but she was wearing glasses. Super caring staff. Would recommend going to this location."
